This Addendum No.2 is issued as per Clause 8 of Section 1, of the Instruction to Bidders in Bidding Document for the Procurement of works for Upgrading Infrastructure of Aqab Abrasani Gozar, Dis. 8 Kabul City, hereunder and shall take precedence over those contained in the Bidding Document
