progress of organization.
Board is active in problem solving and public relations, directs financial management and oversees
HARO progress.

Authorities and Responsibilities:
Signing of contracts on behalf of the organization, hire and discharge of the staff, directing and
managing the office are the main responsibilities of the director.
Membership:
- HARO has membership of Planning Ministry.
- HARO has membership of ANCB.
- HARO is working and has registered with the Shura’s and district authorities.
- HARO is registered with the government of Afghanistan. We have been registered with Ministry of
- Economy of Afghanistan government.
- Local Shura and governors of the provinces that we can have activities in all part of the country.
